- 1 Assistant Lecturer (MTh in Pastoral Theology or a related field)

Social Studies Department
* 2 Assistant Lecturers (Master’s degree in Social Studies)
* 2 Tutors (Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies)

General Requirements (All Positions)
- Ability to perform teaching duties and extra-curricular functions as assigned by the President and the respective Head of Department
- Prior teaching experience (Preferable)
- Fluency in English
- Skills in Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
- Strong personality with organizational and interpersonal skills
- Age (preferable) not exceeding 45 years as of December 31, 2026
- Must be a Christian with strong sense of commitment
Faculty Development Opportunities
- Faculty members are eligible for further studies after completing two years of service, subject to institutional requirements.

- Cover letter mentioning the position applied for
- One recent passport-sized photograph
- Copies of relevant certificates and transcripts
- Two recommendation letters:
* One personal recommender
* One academic recommender (Contact information of both recommenders must be included)
Application Deadlines
Applications are reviewed three times each academic year, with application deadlines on:
- January 31
- April 30
- August 31
Positions remain open until filled. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews. MIT reserves the right to reject the entire acquisition process without providing any reasons to those concerned.
